On
a fascinating hill, between the views of the splendid Umbrian countryside
surrounding the Trasimeno Lake, we find the farmhouses “I Frati”
(The Friars) from the Biavati group, which can offer you a quiet and friendly
atmosphere.
This
building complex is part of a larger property: a big farm of more than 210 ha,
ran with modern technologies and specialized in high quality products
(wine, oil, cereals, fruits, etc). All farm products are available to the
guests.
The
agricultural activities are conducted in completely restored farmhouses and in
a former convent structure (The Cloister “Il Convento”) which, thanks to
the high standard of quality of the services, stands out as the best farm

These
completely renovated farmhouses situated in the area of the Trasimeno Lake and
surrounded by vast green spaces, are independent, with central heating and a
swimming pool.
The
indoors are elegantly decorated and further enhanced by antiques and period
furniture to keep the flavour of the old country houses.
